My Journey into the World of Natural Stone
It actually began quite unexpectedly. For years, I ran a design agency specialising in logos and websites, but during the COVID period, I decided to build my own kitchen. I wanted a beautiful worktop and found a stunning natural stone slab at a local stonemason. From that moment on, I was hooked: natural stone had captured my heart.
That experience took me back to my childhood, when I had always dreamed of becoming an architect. I started designing tables with natural stone and sold them throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. But over time, my work became increasingly focused on transport and logistics, and less on the material I was truly passionate about.
That’s when I decided to change direction. I stopped the table brand and focused entirely on my passion for natural stone. Today, I work with furniture stores, table brands, and architects, helping them with everything related to natural stone. Finally, I’m back to doing what I love most: being creative and working with a beautiful material that continues to inspire me!
